You are the interface between technology and users: you support our areas of expertise in the optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and enable Lobster_data to communicate between our ERP system and other systems used. You combine technical understanding with communicative strength. Here we want to offer you the greatest possible variety so that you can fully develop your skills both in the interface processes and in the consulting. In detail, your tasks include:

Analysis and optimization of business processes in the context of EDI and interfaces Configuration and support of Lobster_data for data integration (e.g. customer, supplier and logistics data) Coordination and implementation of interface projects with internal and external partners Support in connection with systems and platforms via Lobster_data Advice and support of the departments in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Preparation of technical documentation and training documents Use of Jira as a central tool for task management, communication and project tracking

A completed study of (economic) informatics, a training as a specialist (m/w/d), DV-Kaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable training Practical experience with Lobster_data or comparable integration platforms Good knowledge of EDI processes and their implementation Experience with an ERP system, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Safe handling of Jira as collaboration and project tools Impressed communication skills and joy in working with developers and users Structured, solution-oriented operation and high self-responsibility Good knowledge of German and English
