Are you the interface between development, project teams and our customers? Do you also keep track of complex software transfers and love structured processes? Then you are right with us! We are looking for a dedicated Software Deployment Coordinator (m/w/d). In detail, your tasks are as follows: Planning, coordination and execution of all software transfers (deployments) to customer systems including appointment, system activities (restarts, jobs) and communication to customers. Comprehensive examination of transmission reports, implementation of source comparisons between versions and adaptation and maintenance of installation plans and system documentation. Responsibility for the creation, distribution and management of software licenses (LFS, ISS, Cobol-IT) on customer systems and internal servers, including regular password changes and access management. Active support of project teams in deployments, processing of customer requests (Jira, Mailbox), provision of debug tokens and participation in process improvement. archiving of containers, transfer of fixed packs and regular monitoring and maintenance of the system infrastructure.

A completed training or study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in a similar role, ideally as Deployment Coordinator, Release Manager or in Application Management. Very good knowledge of the coordination of software provision and release processes. Experience in handling customer systems and performing system activities (restarts, job control). Ideally knowledge of license management and how to deal with Cobol environments. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. High service orientation, pronounced communication strength and a structured, independent way of working.
