Account Manager (m/w/d) Munich, up to 50% mobile work possible In this role, make sure that payments are properly checked, clarified and triggered. You ensure that financial processes work smoothly and thus contribute significantly to the quality of our processes. Together we pursue the goal of allowing our customers more time for health.

You check, classify and archive incoming documents and reliably place them in the system. You control or create booking, billing and payment data and process payments according to our standards. In addition, create and send billing documents, corrections and booking documents. You process requests and complaints from receivables and beneficiaries and compile the necessary documents. You can also research into booking data, clarify differences and agree solutions with receivables, payment agents, banks, accounting and internal departments. In addition, cultivate open items, resolve reminders and track them. You update demand changes in the system and test and document system changes. Another part of your task is the legal examination of claims and the decision on withdrawals according to fixed specifications or on the basis of own research. In addition, you create qualified analyses and reports for management.

You have at least two years of professional experience in accounting and have successfully completed a commercial training. Accountant basics and secure knowledge in dealing with numbers are of course for you. You work accurately, structured and bring good judgment. Furthermore, you are team-ready, independent, communicative and master the German language in word and writing. An open-minded way and a high degree of sense of responsibility are yours. Experiences in the healthcare sector – for example through training in the commercial sector of the healthcare sector – are an advantage, but no prerequisite.
