Teamleiter (m/w/d) Unlimited employment, full time · Location: At the old airport, 1, 04356, Leipzig Your new dream job: Your task – Responsibility with vision As a team leader (m/w/d) in the service, you play a central role in the management, coordination and further development of our service teams at several locations in Saxony. You ensure a smooth day-to-day business and set the highest standards in quality management, food hygiene and work safety.

Leadership and development of local service teams: deployment planning and coaching Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements: e.g. HACCP, IFSG, BIO certification Continuous control and monitoring of standards Close cooperation with the areas of customer care, quality management and management Regular training of employees on hygiene, safety and quality standards, occupational and health protection Ensuring contractual services for our customers Instruction of the service personnel into the output activity and the local circumstances of the customer facilities Contact person for customers with regard to the provision of services Ensuring compliance with the budget in cooperation with management (costal responsibility) Discipline leadership and development of the service team Staff requirements and personnel deployment planning, holiday planning Working time recording and billing

Complete vocational training in the field of gastronomy, kitchen or comparable First leadership experience in a similar position of advantage Organisational strength, enforcement and strong sense of responsibility Ready to travel within Saxony Safe handling of digital tools (e.g. MS Office, documentation systems) Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, BIO and occupational safety
