Full time With professional experience 13.08.26 85614 Kirchseeon, Germany / Augsburg, Germany / 84137 Vilsbiburg, Germany / Steinheilstraße 13, 85053 Ingolstadt / Industriestraße 7, 92439 Bodenwöhr Your duties Self-creation of scales and bills for construction projects Examination and evaluation of performance directories, mass determinations and yields Close cooperation with the construction management in billing construction services Documentation and tracking of changes in the construction process Ensuring correct and timely invoices to clients Support in cost control and project controlling Maintenance and updating of project data in the relevant IT systems Your profile Complete technical training, e.g. as a construction engineer, construction designer or a comparable qualification in construction or engineering – alternatively a commercial training with sound additional qualification in construction Multiannual professional experience in construction accounting, ideally in the infrastructure or telecommunications industry Based knowledge of VOB (particularly B and C) as well as safe handling of scale and quantity determination Experience in the examination of performance directories, follow-up processing and accounting Routinized handling of industry standard software for building billing and AVA programs as well as MS Office, especially Excel Structured, self-responsive operation with pronounced numerical understanding and high accuracy Communication strength and team capacity for close coordination with building management, contractors and other project participants Willingness to visit sites What do we offer?
