Coordination: You are responsible for the comprehensive coordination of all parties involved in the project – from internal stakeholders to architects and specialist planners to authorities and construction companies. Organization: You're planning an efficient project organization according to HOAI and AHO to ensure a smooth process. Education: A completed study in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject. Experience: Multiannual well-founded professional experience in project management or contractor representation of major projects, ideally in the field of education, research or housing. Expertise: Proofing knowledge and practical experience in the application of HOAI and AHO as well as experience with sustainable construction. Operation: Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity. Empathic personality: embossed communication and negotiation skills as well as fluent German knowledge in word and writing. .
