To enable ADAS systems to be developed efficiently, many information from development vehicles, experimental fleets, software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop systems must be recorded, processed, visualized and analyzed. In this case, different structures and data flows in the vehicle, on-premise servers, in the cloud and in the cooperation partner must be perfectly matched to each other so that the respective HW and SW solutions match each other and can be used efficiently for the ADAS developers. As a working studentin for the development of a support chatbot, you are responsible for the technical design and implementation of an AI-based chatbot solution. This is intended to take up incoming customer requests fully automated, explain and answer them if necessary. The chatbot is intended to process project-specific knowledge via common methods (RAG/Training) and use it with customers in the chat dialogue. You develop a completely cloud-based software solution with common technical methods such as docker and container orchestration and use state-of-the-art development methods of testing and quality assurance during the development. Then roll out the project for productive use in the project. The activity can begin from June 2026.

Professional qualifications: Active or completed studies (BSc. or MSc.) in computer science, software engineering or similar course of study focusing on software development

Experience with the programming language Python (especially in connection with machine learning and microservices)

Knowledge of how to use Large Language Models, RAG, and training of LLMs

Development and programmatic use REST APIs

Knowledge of Docker handling: Create container and orchestration

Basic knowledge of Linux operating system: Terminal, scripts, package management

Experience with version control (Git)
