• receiving and processing requests by phone, e-mail or personally
• Assistance in requesting services and filling out forms
• Maintenance and updating of insured data in the systems

Your qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Joy in dealing with people and good expression
• accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of common office applications
