• Together with your team, you install, configure and manage hard and software solutions that help our customers in the aircraft maintenance in the Hamburg area.
• Disorders in the IT landscape are analysed independently - in close cooperation with your colleague: you will find suitable solutions.
• As a reliable contact person, you support our customers in daily IT support - from everyday concerns to complex issues.
• A clean documentation of your work steps is of course for you so that all participants can keep an overview at any time.
• You take responsibility directly with the local customer - in the production-oriented environment of an internationally operating company from the aviation industry in the Hamburg area.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training (e.g. IT specialist) or corresponding professional experience in IT support
• First knowledge of hardware and current Windows operating systems
• Experience in production-related support environment desirable
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
