You create legal research and contractual agreements. You accompany projects from the fields of procedures and projects under legal aspects. You check contractual clauses and apply relevant legislative proposals. You are working on fonts and opinions. You take the correspondence with law firms and authorities. The diversity of tasks You have a good insight into the activities of a corporate lawyer or a syndicate lawyer.

You have a successfully completed first legal state exam. You have a good understanding of economic relationships and a pronounced analytical ability. You have good knowledge of the BGB, the ZPO and the basics of data protection law (in particular GDPR). Further knowledge of insolvency law and economic law laws are advantageous. You bring good presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to summarize complex facts orally and in writing. You work carefully and are a strong team player:in.
