Your tasks:

• provision and management of HR services for specific organisational unit in cooperation with the company
• Advising the company in all personal data Affairs
• Promote the implementation of business HR plans and support you in publishing and reading HR key figures and reports for management
• Transfer Personal Policies, E&C Standards and National Work rules on management and apply them
• Support and promote the development of all employees

Your profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, international management or economics
• You have professional experience as HR Business Partner
• You have profound knowledge in MS Office and SAP
• Your knowledge of German and English is safe from negotiations
