As a team assistant (m/w/d) with a focus on marketing and health promotion, you actively shape the internal and external life of our branch:

In your role, you take on:

Regional marketing: You plan and coordinate regional marketing measures – from social media contributions to internal newsletters to the care of content in the intranet. Healthy impulses: You organize regional health promotion activities such as health days, sports offers or precautionary actions – with a lot of sense for topics that involve employees. Allrounder (m/w/d) in the office: You perform classic tasks of office and data management, including general organization, audit, appointment preparation and document maintenance in our IT systems First start and communication interface: You act as a response for external service providers, partners and colleagues – friendly, binding and professional. Team assistance also in daily business (50 %) You support the branch management and the team in organizational and administrative tasks, keep dates in mind and ensure smooth operations.

Successfully completed commercial / economic training or studies Professional experience in assistance, in event management or in internal communication – at the middle level or project environment Safe in dealing with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) – also first experience with social media or internal platforms Organizational talent with creativity and fun communication Independent, structured way of working and a sense of people and themes Sympathetic, sovereign appearance and joy in shaping things Become part of a motivated team that achieves great together.
