Qualification Manager Gas/Hydrogen Network (Training, Operations & Partner Management) (m/f/d)

The system conversion of our electricity and gas infrastructure and the integration of networking flexibility plays a special role. The requirements for the qualification of training and training for the further development of the existing gas network, which is rebuilt for the transport of renewable gases, are at the focus. The qualification concept Gas forms the foundation for the safe operation of our gas network. You have the overall overview of all training modules for training and further training on natural gas, biomethane and hydrogen topics and are constantly developing them in close cooperation with the technical plant management. In our new Gas training centre, both theoretical and practical initial and repetition trainings are carried out. You support the organization and training on site, train the interface to the Bayernwerk Academy via the Learning Management System (LMS) and synchronize the processes with the Technical Training Center Current for the most efficient execution within the Bavarian plant. The partnership with our gas installations has a long tradition. In order to enable a targeted exchange of information to take place in the transformation phase, you develop a customer-oriented and target-oriented support concept and significantly support its implementation. Security of supply is the central element of a network operator. You take responsibility for the classification of superordinate readiness gas to ensure 24/7 availability at any time.
