Civil Engineer / Cost Estimator - Bochum (m/f/d)

Creation of cost estimates and calculations: You are responsible for the calculation of construction costs for various projects of modernization, refurbishment and residential expansion - with our internal program achieving yield requirements: You enter the exchange with the compiled calculation to achieve given framework conditions for return Support for project planning: You work closely with project managers to ensure the financial framework and feasibility of projects Price control and negotiations: See market trends and compare offers from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal prices and conditions Cost monitoring and reporting: You take on incoming prices from cost accounting and optimize the basic data used for costing. This may also include construction sites and direct addresses of companies Technical understanding: For energy requirements and building materials you have already gained basics

Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a calculator with immobile or constructional background would be desirable Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Secure handling in the application systems SAP/RE (SAP/ ERP) Affinity for numbers and understanding of technical relationships
