Personal and telephone support of our clients Organisation and coordination of meeting and court appointments Processing of the entry and exit mail including communication via the special electronic legal mailbox (beA) Management and maintenance of files and deadlines and registers Creation of fee bills via RA-Micro Production of fonts by dictate and independent creation of simple writing Processing of dunning and enforcement Support in financial and salary accounting with Lexware General office organisation and administrative activities

Take this with you: (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a law firm or a comparable legal environment Safe handling of Outlook, Word and ideally RA Micro and Lexware Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-employed, structured and careful working Organisational skills and responsibility Loyalty, discretion and absolute reliability Friendly and professional appearance in personal and telephone contact
