igefa SE & Co. KG is now looking for a HR expert - Remuneration Management (m/w/d) for our team in Neumünster.

You develop, care and optimise our remuneration structures and instruments and ensure their competitiveness. You carry out paybenchmarks and market comparisons and derive sound remuneration recommendations. You control Salary review and bonus processes and are a key player for executives and HR Business Partners. You continue to develop our Benefits offerings – including occupational retirement – and pay attention to legal compliance. You are responsible for the job plan management: maintenance of the central job plan, preparation of evaluations and coordination with finance for budget compliance.

You have at least five years of professional experience in HR, of which at least two years in remuneration management or in job planning. You have experience in the planning, development and management of compensation systems and ideally bring LOGA knowledge (especially reporting). You work analytically strong, safely with Excel/Power BI and have basic labour law knowledge. You are going on structured, analysing complex data precisely and optimize processes with a view to detail. You convince by communication strength, consulting skills, discretion as well as a solution-oriented, team-capable way of working.
