Responsible object monitoring in the field of MSR technology Control of dates, costs and quality in complex construction projects Advice and support of our customers from the first groundbreaking to the handover and beyond Ensuring a smooth process in the implementation phase Project management including contract, quality, cost and risk management First contact for our customers throughout the entire construction phase

Master degree, technical degree or completed studies Alternatively, a comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience Experience in the planning and monitoring of MSR projects Knowledge of modern, digitally connected software landscapes in building management Ability to create schedules and apply them safely Analytical thinking, rapid understanding, lust for responsibility and a strong willingness to think beyond their own tasks in order to respond flexibly to new requirements Communication strength, enforcement ability and joy in dealing with people Travel and team spirit Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to learn new things
