As a central building service provider of the Frankfurt am Main transport company, we support a diverse and system-relevant real estate portfolio. These include 27 underground stations, numerous underground stops, farms and administrative and technical buildings throughout the city. For the management of our property service, we are looking for a dedicated management personality that takes responsibility, keeps an overview and develops the building operation in the ÖPNV with passion and design will. You guide and design the specialist teams Object Service (Reinigung & Winterdienst) and Object Management You ensure a legally secure operation of our properties and ensure the effective transfer of operator obligations and their consistent tracking Responsibility for cleanliness, the quality of the winter service as well as for a well-kept appearance of the transport systems You control internal employees and external service providers and continuously develop standards Completely responsible for maintenance budgets, service quality, control processes and interfaces to technical and operational areas By actively shaping you contribute significantly to the quality of your stay – for passengers, employees and visitors

You have completed your studies in facility management, real estate or construction, business management or in a comparable degree course Leading competence, organisational strength and decision-making are combined with a high level of service and responsibility You bring well-founded knowledge in the areas of operator responsibility, cleaning, winter service as well as infrastructural facility management, ideally in the environment of the PNV or public infrastructures Experiences in procurement and contract management as well as a safe handling of CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facility Management) You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, in particular for legal communication, documentation and coordination within the company and with external partners
