Our client is a successful, owner-managed retailer in food retail with several modern markets in the Freiburg/Kaiserstuhl region. With a broad full range, over 200 employees and a family business culture, the company is one of the established regional providers.

In the course of the further development, we are looking for a dedicated market management, whose use is individually defined depending on experience, strengths and market size.

Total responsibility for the operational management of a food market Leadership, motivation and further development of the market team Ensuring efficient processes and compliance with quality and assortment standards Controlling economic indicators and achieving sales targets Active participation of goods presentation, sales activities and market presence

Completed commercial training, ideally in LEH (e.g. retail merchant, retail trade) Multiannual professional experience in food retailing, e.g. as market manager:in, department manager:in or agency Representative leadership skills, empathy and team orientation Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and number affinity Hands-on mentality and joy in responsibility
