As an IT system administrator*in FileService (w/m/d), you are responsible for ensuring and managing the regular operation of FileServer systems and the used network drive releases in the Group. They develop global standards for the regular operation of FileServices taking into account current market trends and state-of-the-art technologies as well as the defined IT standards group. The installation, maintenance and operation of the FileServer systems in the respective region, including the monitoring of availability and performance, is your responsibility. Both the design and operational management of the FileService systems in close cooperation with the System Operations and Hardware Operations teams, as well as the management of the team's inquiries or users with regard to FileService requirements in the Group. You plan, scale and acquire new FileServer systems as well as storage units in cooperation with System Operations, Hardware Operations and external service providers. In addition, you document the Backup Server infrastructure, backup scenarios and special backup requirements of IT services in appropriate systems, databases and manuals.

Complete training in the field of technical informatics or completed studies in the field of IT, computer science and multiannual professional experience in the field of server administration Very good knowledge of MS Windows FileServices, NTFS, ReFS and Storage Spaces as well as Windows Server versions 2016, 2022 and 2025 Basic Linux Server knowledge and network topologies and design Embossed understanding of the requirements of the authorization stage Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are absolutely necessary for exchange
