By identifying strengths and weaknesses, he creates transparency in the P&P Germany division. The Reporting and Control Department is part of the “Strategic Pricing & Accounting” business unit and is the responsible department for large parts of the order-to-cash process. This covers the area of master and contract data, billing and complaint processing to receivable management and collecting.
