Take responsibility in approval management and support in the planning and implementation of projects in a dynamic environment. Identification of relevant approvals such as building, operating, environmental, safety and work protection permits as well as requirements for fire protection, energy supply and transport Time planning and coordination by taking into account approval dependencies and integration into the overall project schedule Communication with authorities and stakeholders through application creation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders and the processing of questions Documentation and follow-up by time-limit management and structured management of licence-related documents Risk management through early identification of possible delays and the development of preventive measures for risk mitigation

Studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, process engineering, technical building equipment, environmental engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or in a comparable course of studies in advanced studies Safe handling of MS Office products First knowledge of basic construction, processes and legal requirements German and English knowledge of independent application (at least B2) Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
