Support of management in all risk policy issues, in particular in the development and implementation of risk strategy, the risk mitigation system and risk management and control processes Implementation of risk inventory and creation of the overall risk profile and management of the outsourcing register Development and implementation of risk models, for example, in the areas of address failure, market price or operational risks Further development of risk indicators and risk early detection procedures Continuous monitoring of the risk situation of companies and the risk-bearing capacity and compliance with the set-up risk limits; incl. Conception and implementation of stress tests Analysis, assessment and implementation of new regulatory requirements for risk controlling and outsourcing management Compilation of risk reporting; including regular and order-related compilation of risk and outsourcing reports to management

Multiannual professional experience in risk controlling Experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements (in particular KWG, MaRisk) and in the regulatory audit environment is desirable Strong analytical thinking and rapid understanding to quickly detect and penetrate complex problems Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity High level of initiative, care, willingness to take responsibility and resilience Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
