You are the link between the department, the HCM system maintainer and the internal IT for pay billing and organization management You accompany the monthly fee billing - from the billing simulation to the analysis of billing and error logs to the reprocessing You are responsible for our organizational management (OM) and visualize organizational changes quickly and consistently in the system You accompany release changes, support packages and legal or other changes from a professional perspective and ensure their correct effect in the system As a PMO, you take control of our SAP transformation: you plan and coordinate voting dates, follow milestones in cooperation with the project management and ensure transparency about the project status You prepare project and control group meetings before and after, initial status reports and documentation and support in creating presentations and decision templates

You have an economic study with HR or IT reference or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience You bring multi-year professional experience in SAP HCM support, ideally in in-house support or in a HR sharing service organization You have well-founded application and process knowledge in the modules Organisation Management (OM) and Charge Accounting (PY) You have profound knowledge of tax and social legislation You have experience in cooperation or controlling projects, ideally in or as PMO You work analytically, structured and self-responsible with a high solution orientation and a look for detail
