Application and Service Engineer Intralogistics & Mobile Robotics (m/f/d)

Analysis of customer requirements and intralogistic processes Development of suitable solutions for mobile robotics, driverless transport systems and automated intralogistics Selection and design of suitable vehicles and system components Assessment of the technical feasibility and identification of possible project risks Implementation of product demonstrations, workshops and feasibility assessments Coordination of interfaces between robotic systems, industrial trucks, warehouse technology, peripherals and customer-side IT systems Cooperation with manufacturers, technology partners, suppliers and internal departments Self-configuration and commissioning of driverless transport devices and automated storage systems Maintenance, repair and service operations by remote access as well as directly with the customer Building and developing a reliable after-sales service for robotics systems Building and securing the technical know-how and knowledge transfer in the company Assessment of new products and technologies with regard to applications, integration capability and service requirements

Completed technical training ideally with further training to the technician or master or a study in a suitable field, for example:electrotechnology mechatronics Automation technology

Experience in at least one of the areas of intralogistics, mobile robotics, driverless transport systems, industrial trucks, warehouse technology or industrial automation Safe handling of technical documents, layouts, schematics and documentation Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and control engineering relationships Experience in commissioning, maintenance or troubleshooting of technical installations Safe handling of technical documents, layouts, schematics and documentation Good knowledge of German and sufficient knowledge of English for cooperation with international manufacturers and technology partners Class B driving licence and readiness to regular customer operations (regional daily operations) Embossed technical analysis and problem-solving competence Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Hands-on-Mentality and pleasure in practical work with vehicles and plants Ability to work both conceptually and operatively Good communication skills to customers, sales, service and technology partners
