Children need adults who give them safety, take them seriously and meet them with clarity and warmth. In our stationary "Positive Peer Culture" children's group we create a place where children can arrive, develop confidence, participate and develop new perspectives.

For this task we are looking for a Team Management (w/m/d), which combines professional competence with human depth, and who wants to take responsibility together with a dedicated team.

8 children aged 6 to 13 live in the children's group with social and emotional needs. The team consists of 6 employees.

Your New Task

Team management & development

• Current control and Continuing education
• Sicproduction and Extrusion
• Team organisation and participative leadership (modernisation, feedback, participation)
• Active cooperation with Jugendamt, school, parents and special services
• Contact development and Contact development
• More development of Protection concepts and Standards

Pedagogical work in everyday life

• representation and **referral of children in group service
• **Reference and individual support
• Implementation of Single calls and Consultations Parent work and network work**
• Document and Reporting
• Cooperation with Clinics, Doctors and Therapists

Your profile

• Completed study in the field of Social work / Social education / pedagogy or
• Comparative qualification
• Offene and **evaluable attitude towards children, families and life
• Joy of Team work, Responsibility and Conclusion
• Structured, independent mode of operation
• Ability to Selbstreflexion in professional action
• readiness to relationship within the framework of reference
• Elastability, Geduld and safe occurrence also in challenging situations
• EDV knowledge
