Personal customer support You advise our specialist customers competently and service-oriented – both commercial and technical questions. You accompany these professionally at all stages of the purchase process – from the first request to the care after the purchase. Independent planning, supply creation & order processing You are the first contact person for our craft customers in the shop and advise them competently to our product range as well as the appropriate solutions for their daily requirements. You process customer requests directly on site, assemble the required goods and ensure fast and reliable order processing. You work closely with our internal specialist departments and our suppliers and ensure reliable and service-oriented customer support.

Completed training You have completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trader, industrial businessman, electrical engineer or comparable qualification. Joy of customer contact You like to work with customers and convince by their pronounced service orientation. Communication strength & friendly appearance You communicate safely, friendly and professional. Self-employed and structured work You work independently, organized and reliable. Team skills and commitment You bring motivation and are happy to work in the team. Technical understanding and interest Ideally, you have electrotechnical knowledge and are interested in products and solutions in the craft sector. Experience with ERP and commodity management systems Safe handling of goods and services ERP systems are advantageous. Sales experience Experience in the distribution of technical products or in the sales service is desirable.
