As part of our Business Transformation Team in Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg, you help our customers: in the financial sector, find answers to strategic, operational and regulatory issues and successfully shape transformation processes. You can do a variety of tasks: Supporting strategic and digital transformation programs - from the development of future-oriented business models to the redesign of organisational structures to the implementation of technological solutions and innovative products Analysis, optimization and redesign of business processes - identification of efficiency and digitization potentials and introduction of pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence, the sustainable transformation of operational processes Supporting the project teams in the technical advice of our customers:in order to efficiently implement regulatory requirements in the areas of capital market, payment transactions, sustainability and digitalization Development of customer-centric strategies and financial products - design of innovative customer journeys and services as well as design and support of product launches using modern technologies such as customer data platforms and experience management systems Project management and support in controlling complex transformations with agile and classic project management methods and using state-of-the-art technologies

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, computer science, economic and media informatics, economic psychology or the like Ideally, first experience (practice, work-studierende Activity or Vocational Training) in the financial services sector, as well as interest in agile project work, process analysis and optimization Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
