Advice and support for management, executives and employees on all issues of occupational and health protection Coordination of the implementation and updating of overarching risk assessments and operating instructions Monitoring and implementation of relevant legal regulations, accident prevention regulations and internal directives Planning and coordination of safety missions and monitoring of audits and investigations of accidents at work and other safety related events Analysis of potential for improvement and development and follow-up of appropriate measures to continuously improve occupational and health protection Cooperation with internal and external security officers, the works council, operating physician, other specialist bodies and external service providers Contact person (m/w/d) for authorities and institutions, in particular professional associations and trade supervision, on all issues of occupational and health protection Development, documentation and maintenance of processes, standards and information in occupational safety Participation in the development and implementation of the occupational safety management system

Successfully completed technical, engineering or comparable studies a corresponding technical training with relevant continuing training Qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa) or willingness to acquire this qualification in a timely manner Multiannual professional experience in occupational and health protection, ideally in the energy or utility sector Knowledge of relevant legal and professional regulations and relevant safety standards Ideally experience in building and developing occupational safety management systems Safe and binding occurrence as well as pronounced communication and team skills High sense of responsibility, independent and structured working and self-initiative Safe handling of current MS Office applications
