You work with our subsidiary WBG KOMMUNAL GmbH. The 100% subsidiary of wbg Nuremberg was founded in 2009 to support the city of Nuremberg in the development and implementation of municipal construction projects.

We are the leading group of companies in the real estate sector in the Nuremberg region. Our core business is the management of around 20,000 rental apartments and other around 8,000 rental units. In addition, we are active in the construction industry and implement social construction projects for the city of Nuremberg with the construction of daycare centres, horts and schools.

Your main tasks:

• Implementation of general craftsmanship or construction activities and completion of small repairs and maintenance work including maintenance of indoor and outdoor installations
• Disclosure of fault messages and introduction of necessary measures to eliminate defects
• Implementation of regular visual and functional controls
• Implementation of beauty repairs in indoor and outdoor areas
• Monitoring of repair measures
• Implementation of the transport obligation
• Implementation of school-related services (e.g. preparation and seating of events, operation media technology etc.)
• Order of auxiliary and operating materials

Your qualification:

• Job-related qualifications or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in painting and painting crafts
• Technical understanding
• IT knowledge (Microsoft 365)
• Class B licence
