Group Leader IBAM (m/f/d)

There is a lot to do on board: Technical and organisational management of the IT application management group (IBAM) Ensure stable operation, administration and further development of the application landscape (including CAx, production systems, DMS/LMS, Dev‐Stack, Jira and other specialist applications) Professional/income support incl. configuration/customizing Responsible for stable, performant and safe operation incl. Monitoring and sustainable troubleshooting Conducting User, Rolling and Licensing Administration and Coordinating Change, Release, Update and Upgrade Processes 2nd/3rd level support incl. Incident/problem management Close cooperation with specialist departments and key users for the acceptance, prioritization and implementation of requirements and for the optimization of processes, workflows and system usage Coordination and taxes of external service providers, consultants and software manufacturers incl. Performance control, SLA compliance and escalation management Maintenance of documentation and operational/support concepts and knowledge management Editing and performing user trainings Standardize and further develop the application/integration landscape (interfaces, automation, governance, security) Group-wide Harmonization of Applications and Operating Processes incl. Lifecycle Management and Architecture

Your qualification will help us: Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable Detegratable leadership competence (managing, motivation, coaching) and sovereign stakeholder management Multiannual experience in application management (admin, customizing, role/justifications) in a heterogeneous system landscape (e.g. DMS/LMS, production, CAx, Dev tools) Experience with interfaces/integrations (e.g. APIs, file/data interfaces) and automation/monitoring Experience in 2nd‐/3rd level support including structured incident/problem processing, escalation and cooperation with manufacturers and service providers Structured, solution-oriented operation, prioritization strength and communication and enforcement Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You don't need to know all systems – we are looking for people who like to learn, are motivated and willing to take responsibility.
