That's what DICH expects: • DEINE cooperation in the Kita Dornberg with space for up to 85 children from one year to the school entrance on three floors (currently 25 Ü3 and 60 U3). • An active design and reflection of educational and learning processes within our concept. • The development of children, taking into account individual interests and circumstances of life and respect for self-education and self-activity. • The possibility of living the basic ideas of the institution and constantly expanding. To design the Kita everyday and its structures and introduce DEINE pedagogical note with their own experiences, interests and strengths. • An independent work and at the same time the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together for children and parents at the same time. • The possibility to actively participate in the development of the concept.

We offer DIR: • A parental leave office with a job share of 70-100% and attractive working hours Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 15:30.
