For one of our service buildings in Berlin-Wilmersdorf with nearly 100,000 square meters gross floor area, you are responsible for the technical support of our supply systems (including fire extinguishing systems) and thus ensure smooth and trouble-free operation. For this purpose, you are responsible for the following tasks: Order coordination and personnel disposition for a currently five-person craftsman team including work-related instruction Provision of technical operational safety including the preparation and maintenance of building documentation, supervision of inspections and repair and maintenance measures Providing external service providers and checking the services provided Material procurement according to economic and sustainable principles Support overarching projects, such as the recognition and lifting of energy optimization potentials

A successfully completed training as a master in the Gewerke Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and/or Sanitation Technology or a successful completion as a state-tested technicianin (since 2020: Bachelor Professional) in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology Detectionable, multi-year professional experience in the plants Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and/or sanitary A qualification as a sprinkler queue or willingness to acquire this qualification is desirable You can clearly prioritize incoming work orders and start quickly in a new team and new work environment.
