Sales Manager B2B – Flexible Office Solutions (m/f/d)

You meet our national and international customers, recognize their needs and advise them competently in the selection of suitable flexible office and coworking solutions. You create customer presentations, develop rental concepts as well as location analyses and organize object visits. You work out individual mediation contracts, conduct contract negotiations independently and accompany customers professionally until the successful conclusion of the contract. You will explore market trends in the area of flexible office space and bring innovative ideas to the strategic development of our offer.

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman and/or a study with a focus on real estate or a comparable commercial training. You have already gained first professional experience in sales (B2B) and in dealing with corporate customers. You work independently, proactively and are ready to take responsibility. With your kind and positive way, you always proceed with a solution-oriented approach. It brings you a quick understanding, a high team capacity and service orientation. You are safe in handling digital tools and open to new technologies and innovative work concepts. You have good English skills in word and writing.
