Management and coordination of rehabilitation, reconstruction and modernisation measures for residential and commercial real estate Services of the performance picture Object planning Building § 34 HOAI LPH 6-8 Services of the technical equipment § 55 HOAI LPH 8 to a small extent Ensuring compliance with costs, dates and qualities Examination of allowances, allowances and billing of external specialist companies Creating the documentation of the construction process

Complete technical studies (architecture / civil engineering/ construction engineering) or comparable Multiannual professional experience in construction monitoring in the field of construction Very good computer knowledge; the application-proof handling of MS Office programs and industry-standard software is assumed Knowledge of the current DIN/EN standards and their design Careful, independent and reliable and flexible operation Certain, targeted and structured procedures High service, service and quality orientation as well as team skills Travel readiness and driving licence Class III (B) are required
