Respiratory Therapist (m/w/d) in Munich

The Schön Klinik München Schwabing, part of the Schön Klinik Group, is the largest neurological specialist clinic in Munich with 300 beds and certified Parkinson Clinic. Our team of 480 employees is responsible for around 3,000 patients each year - outpatient, stationary and daycare in the daily clinics Demenz and Parkinson. At the next time we are looking for a breathing therapy (m/w/d). The body shall be permanent and full-time or part-time. Respiratory and secretive management: You care for non-invasively ventilated and/or respiratoryally endangered patients of neurological (fruit) rehabilitation, both with and without tracheostoma, and carry out respiratory and secretion management professionally. Beatmungskonzepte: You initiate, accompany and adapt extraclinical ventilation concepts in close coordination with the medical team. Treatment and prophylaxis concepts: You implement pneumological therapy and prophylaxis measures according to medical arrangements and ensure their professional implementation. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely in the early rehabilitation team, in particular with doctors: women, nurses, physiotherapists: women and Logoped: women to ensure optimal patient care. Instruction and monitoring: You train and accompany nursing staff in breathing therapeutic techniques and support patients in activating care and individual training phases. Advice and training: You advise all the persons involved in the process, carry out training for patients, relatives and nursing staff and provide recommendations for case-related device management and aid procurement.

You have a completed training for nursing specialists with a specialist training for breathing therapists (m/w/d) Ideally, you already have first practical professional experience in intensive care and/or home breathing In everyday work, you will show flexibility and resilience and convince with professional competence and team skills. You have their own initiative and interest in professional training.
