We are working at the Lubmin site on one of the most demanding engineering tasks – the safe reconstruction of nuclear installations. Together strong Your duties

Planning, coordination and monitoring of disassembly projects Development of demolition and disassembly concepts incl. Work processes Determining resources (personnel, material) and timing Creation and optimization of work instructions and processes Planning and preparation of suitable dismantling technologies Control and monitoring of practical implementation on site Coordination of interfaces between planning and execution Ensuring material delivery and process processes Integration and monitoring of safety and radiation protection requirements Monitoring compliance with statutory and operational regulations (e.g. fire, nuclear and radiation protection law) Creation of risk assessments and determination/monitoring of necessary safety, health and safety measures Development and development of operational and technical regulations, regulations and documentation Coordination with internal specialist departments, authorities, experts and external contractors Technical support of audits, supervisory visits and specialist discussions Creation of technical reports and processing / evaluation of official reports Analysis of existing processes and identification of potential for improvement Development of modern restoration and disposal concepts

Your profile as an ideal complement

Graduate degree in engineering (primarily construction, mechanical engineering, process engineering or nuclear engineering) and comparable disciplines Experience in engineering planning or accompaniment of reconstruction or disassembly projects Knowledge in regulatory environment (e.g. AtG, StrlSchG, StrlSchV) desirable Analytical, Structured and Quality-Oriented Operation Ability to present complex facts clearly and addressably Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in handling internal and external interfaces Own initiative, sense of responsibility and team capacity Motivation to actively develop processes and systematically identify optimization potentials and derive innovative and practical solutions (quality, efficiency and transparency)
