Your tasksIn this versatile position you take responsibility for: • Ensuring the billing workflow • Creditor and debitor management • Maintenance and booking of property accounts • Book and tune banks • Booking of personnel costs, reserves and periodicals • Plant accounting: administration and processing of accesses, disposals in fixed assets, AfA runs and AfA planning • Manufacturing Tax (VAT) and Corporate Tax (KöSt) • Booking of provisions and limitations • Consolidating the business books of four companies • Establishment of annual accounts by HGB • Integration of other legal entities (US GAAP) and experience in building/introducing ERP systems • Experience in the conversion of the accounting rules applied

Your profileYou bring with: • A completed commercial training or a completed study (Bachelor/Master) in the field of finance (m/w/d) • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in industry (e.g. plant construction) • Funded knowledge of HGB accounting, ideally according to IFRS and US GAAP • experience in the consolidation of companies and in the production of annual accounts • Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel • Analytical skills, structured working and flexibility for a dynamic environment • knowledge of tax issues such as VAT and credit and international accounting (e.g. IFRS/US GAAP)
