Establishing global standards: You develop and implement scalable processes, databases and tools for material compliance, product declarations and sustainability indicators across all markets. Ensure the regulatory future: You make the company-wide preparation for the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) safe and coordinate topics such as recyclability, recyclate shares and EPR requirements. Promoting digitalization: You define a multi-year roadmap for the automation of regulatory and sustainable customer documentation and replace manual processes with data-driven solutions. Managing customer requirements and shaping innovation: You provide quick, sound and economically sensible answers to customer requests on compliance, product data and ESG topics. At the same time, you anchor regulatory and sustainable requirements early in product development and strengthen the role of Product Stewardship as a Business Enabler. anticipate regulatory trends: You build powerful teams that keep global developments in mind. So you are able to proactively advise top management on risks and opportunities.

Funded training with substance: You have completed a degree in chemistry, process engineering, material sciences, environmental sciences or a comparable field with excellent success. Experience in relevant industries: You bring comprehensive practice in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety or Sustainability – preferably in the plastics, packaging or chemical industry. Regulatory excellence: You know with REACH, food contact law, PFAS regulations, PPWR, GHS/SDS and other relevant standards. Strategic and operational thinking: You connect deep expertise with the ability to implement pragmatic and scalable solutions, will certainly be in the international context in English.
