Individual care and mobilization of patients: both before and during the treatment in our clinic Workday participation in visits and case meetings Development of a new perspective on the care profession and its challenges as well as innovative thinking in the field of care Function as an interface between patients: inside, doctors Doctors, social services and all colleagues involved in the treatment: Own responsible implementation of the care documentation with high care and accuracy Designing a unique care concept that promotes satisfaction and well-being for all participants Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous exchange to optimize treatment processes Promoting the quality of life and self-employment of patients: through targeted care measures Participation in the further development of nursing standards and innovative supply concepts Engagement for an empathy, holistic and resource-oriented nursing culture

Completed training as a nurse or health and nursing staff:in Interest and experience in the field of kinesthetics or comparable movement pedagogical concepts Extensive consulting skills in the areas of movement, nutrition and health promotion Founded nursing expertise and a high level of responsibility Friendly appearance and strongly pronounced patient:internal orientation Teamability and joy of interprofessional cooperation Willingness to cooperate cooperatively and profit-orientedly with colleagues in other professional groups
