Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

As a team leader:in production you take on the technical and organizational responsibility for your team and ensure a smooth running in the daily business: Personnel management: Leading, motivating and developing employees in the production sector Planning & coordination: personnel deployment and execution planning to ensure appointments, quality and efficiency Maintenance/Repair management: detect, commission and track their implementation Cooperation with external companies: coordination of service providers, coordination of appointments and security of work in the field of foreign companies Working instructions: participation in the creation, maintenance and introduction of work and procedure instructions Hygiene, occupational safety & standards: compliance, monitoring and active implementation of all relevant requirements (hygiene, occupational safety, order, quality) Modernizations & improvements: shaping and implementing Modernisation measures, optimizations and continuous improvement processes (KVP/Lean) Interface work: Close coordination with quality assurance, technology/maintenance, logistics and production management

Completed technical or commercial-technical training, ideally with further training (e.g. Master:in/Techniker:in) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in production, ideally in a guide or shift ladder function Impressed leadership skills and communication strength Organisational skills, structured work and high implementation orientation Hands-on mentality (packerment): you pack up, move forward pragmatically and also support the team operatively when it comes to Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements; Model function in daily practice Experience in co-designing, creating and implementing work instructions as well as in documentation and process processes Willingness to actively shape changes and advance improvements
