Become a Commercial Teamleiter Contract Logistics (m/w/d) in Halle (Saale) part of a large logistics family and intensify our contract logistics team. As a team leader (m/w/d), you take responsibility in the operational storage area.

Control and monitoring of personnel use and specified workflows Professional leadership of employees and trainees, organisation of or Introduction of new employees, takeover of instructions and administrative tasks Acquisition of operational activities, organisation of rapid and qualitative settlement of operations Work processes Documentation of errors / disturbances as well as initiation of corresponding correction and Prevention measures Ensuring proper layer transfer Recording/processing of waste water Compliance / control of the ArbZG, procedural / and working instructions, operating arrangements and all safety provisions Maintaining a positive working atmosphere with a calm and objective approach

Complete training as a specialist camper desirable and proven professional experience in Department of Stock Logistics First experience in employee leadership and motivation Very good understanding of figures and quick understanding Communication and enforcement strength Self-motivation and loadability, reliability and accuracy High level of social and communication competence Structured and team-oriented working style Ready for shift and Saturday work
