What your tasks are You accompany customer projects on suitability diagnosis, potential recognition and personnel development. You moderate assessment and development center - virtual, on site with our customers or with us in Cologne - and ensure the professional implementation, evaluation and reprocessing. You conduct feedback talks that are valuable, clear and helpful. You bring observations to the point and form results reports, opinions and management presentations for different target groups. You develop personal development measures and perform them, for example, executive trainings. You plan and moderate workshops within change projects. You will be involved in the further development of our diagnostic instruments and our consulting portfolio.

What you bring You have a degree, for example in psychology, economic psychology, business administration or a comparable subject. Ideally, you bring 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a HR consultancy or in the company HR. You know diagnostic selection methods and personal development not only from theory, but have already worked with them in practice. You communicate clearly, appreciation and professionally, even if situations are complex or dynamic. You have the pleasure of contacting customers, participants and colleagues and you can adjust well to different people and organizations. You work structured, think with and take responsibility for your topics. You bring very good knowledge of German and English.
