Your duties As a technical project manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of technical projects over all phases of performance. Quality, cost and reliability are always the focus. In detail, this includes: Responsibility for the technical project development of existing and new construction projects Planning, control and implementation of refurbishment measures (modernisation, rehabilitation, maintenance) Self-support and implementation of rent-growing buildings – from smaller rebuilds to complex surface adjustments Coordination and control of external service providers, planners and specialist engineers Monitoring budgets, dates and quality standards Participation in the award and contracting of construction and planning services Technical support for commercial project teams in sales and sales processes Regular object visits, construction monitoring and reporting to the management Readiness to travel to the project sites within Germany

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, supply technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical project management, ideally in commercial real estate environment Knowledge of construction and planning processes, HOAI and VOB A good network in the real estate and construction industry is advantageous Secure appearance, negotiation skills and organizational talent Team-oriented, structured and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally project control tools Travel readiness and flexibility for multi-site projects
