Support of the team in all organizational and administrative tasks Implementation of orders in SAP Processing of general correspondence and telephone and email communication scheduling and coordination Creation, maintenance and administration of documents, reports and presentations Management of master files as well as storage and document management Invoicing and other commercial processes Organisation of meetings and preparation of meetings General office organization and administrative support of the team

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management, industrial clerk or comparable Professional experience in assistance, office or administration Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, reliable and independent operation Organizational talent and strong communication skills Friendly and service-oriented appearance Good knowledge of German in word and writing
