Operations Coordinator - Release / Jira / Cloud (m/f/d)

You plan, coordinate and control the two-week releases incl. Calendar, Scope, Cut-off and Go/No-Go Decisions You are the central contact person for all release and operation topics and ensure transparent communication In close cooperation with QA, you ensure that all tests, acceptances and documentation are completed before Go-Live You structur, care and secure comprehensible change, release and incident processes You coordinate Incidents, prioritise actions and manage Post-Mortems as well as their tracking Together with compliance, you build audit- and audit-proof release and operating processes and analyzes relevant key figures such as deployment frequency, change failure rate, time-to-restore, identify bottlenecks in the end-to-end release process and initiate targeted improvements

You bring at least three years of professional experience in a coordinating role in IT operations, release/deployment management or operations in product or platform teams with You have a solid technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and modern applications, ideally related to Mobile Apps / React Native You are sure to use ticket and planning tools, especially with Jira You communicate technical topics with developers:inside and understandably translate them for business stakeholders You know about CI/CD pipelines, feature flags as well as common monitoring and logging approaches and have basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. Bash or Python) for smaller automations Ideally, you have experience in regulated environments such as banking, fintech or payments and ideally first touch points with Swiss regulation (e.g. FINMA-related requirements) You have very good German and English skills (min. C1 level)
