An exciting task in a temporary parental leave until 31.07.2027 in parttime (90 %) Responsibility for specialist and IT projects in energy-economic customer service as well as their cross-departmental control until successful completion Introduction to our customer processes and IT system landscape for identifying and implementing optimization potentials Promoting the implementation and continuous development of a Conversational AI platform across all customer channels to enable automated, efficient and personalized customer interactions Self-developed development of new project and topic areas as well as active participation of the future of customer service in the areas of artificial intelligence, digitalization, quality and cost efficiency Coordination of project participants and stakeholders, implementation of project cost assessments and independent follow-up of work results

A completed study of business management or a comparable subject and first professional experience in classical and agile project management Experience in data collection, reporting and KPI control as well as the ability to use it as a basis for decision-making for projects A creative, ideas-giving, pragmatic and agile way of working and the ability to move you safely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment A strong customer and sales orientation, conceptual and networked thinking as well as the pleasure of looking beyond the plate edge routine in handling common project management and collaboration tools as well as safe knowledge in the MS Office package – especially very good Excel knowledge for daily work
