As a manager (w/m/d), you report to your supervisors and have a look at the daily business in your shift.

You are responsible for the personnel deployment planning (e.g. shift and holiday planning) as well as for the day-to-day management of the operations of professional employees.

In addition, you are the first contact person for our customers and report to them in regular close coordination by phone or by e-mail to order status, complaints or other questions.

If necessary, you will also support your colleagues in all administrative and operational storage activities.

When it comes to safety, cleanliness and order, you are a model for your team and are concerned about compliance with the appropriate measures.

You already have some years of professional experience from the logistics environment, experience in managing a team is also desirable. In addition, you know well when dealing with the PC and with MS Office, ideally you are familiar with the handling of warehouse management programs. You are reliable, strong in communication and you are characterized by a confident and friendly appearance. You can demonstrate good German skills that you can use in writing as well as oral (min. C1). Last but not least, layer readiness is not a problem for you.
