Accounting clerk - initially for a limited period of two years (m/f/d)

You process and book business transactions in Bank Clearing, perform rebookings and depreciation and ensure the proper account allocation. You collect and process special payments and other business incidents in the payment transactions programs and ensure correct and complete accounting. You create and process bank enquiries and actively contribute to the further development and optimization of the partial processes in accounting, in particular in the SAP environment or comparable accounting systems. You prepare evaluations and balance lists and provide them on time. The creation and transmission of statistical messages and Z messages (Z4 and Z5) is also part of your task profile. You provide initial professional experience in the context of monthly and annual accounts. You agree with the main book and make the computational match.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business management or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised entity. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You bring well-founded professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounting and ideally accounting. You have secure knowledge in SAP (module FI) or comparable accounting systems and are versed in handling MS Office, especially Excel. You have a good understanding of accounting relationships as well as monthly and annual accounts processes. An independent way of working and a sense of responsibility are obvious to you. You have analytical thinking skills and are motivated to help shape a team.
