In dual studies, you connect your BWL knowledge directly with the practice in store management You support the management of sales processes and the implementation of sales targets You analyse key figures such as sales, sales and inventory and take measures from it You can participate in personnel deployment planning and in daily team management In addition, you implement visual mechandising tasks and accompany sales actions at the Point of Sale Take your own areas of responsibility and projects step by step

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You want to apply business theory in practice You are interested in trade, fashion and store management You work structured, reliable and like to take responsibility Motivation, willingness to learn and dedication You will appear open and communicate safely with customers: You want to develop and actively participate in the store everyday Career prospects: After successfully completing your studies, you have very good chances of taking over.
